The first marketer at this £8m business, I joined as it was turning five and ready for its next chapter. Together with the founders, we designed, implemented and evolved an international marketing strategy that was integrated with sales and culture.
6.5 years later, the business was award-winning, the team had grown with it, and the company went public at a £98m market cap. It is now a Main Market listed company.
When four business merged, the challenge was clear: how to deliver one brand story that felt bigger than the sum of its parts.
Partnered with leadership to establish and solidify new market position, grow and integrate sales and marketing teams, and elevate industry profile.
